Bliss Body Wellness is committed to provide the holistic benefits yoga has to offer. At Bliss Body Wellness we provide a combination of Soul Knowledge (Athma Nyanam), Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), Asana (body postures) as well as personalized healing and yoga sessions according to individual needs and requirements.

The wisdom of yoga must be acquired through the guidance of a qualified and certified Yoga Master. This knowledge and wisdom has a direct connection to our soul energy. Hence, a proper guidance is a must.

As such, all courses and classes are conducted by the Founder of Bliss Body Wellness who is a certified Yoga Master with B.Sc Degree in Yogic Science and has a solid 25 years of experience in teaching yoga and energy healing.
